The first version that I saw of this was just too high, and when I played it with the record, 
I couldnt get it to work so well.  It took me about 20 minutes to realize that it's in 'Drop C.'  
You should be able to piece together the rest of the song based off of the tab above, it's not difficult. 
There are a couple parts I didn't get, just 'cause I'm lazy. 
Listen to the song itself, because I'm sure that the way I have this tabbed it's 
not going to give you a great idea of how the timing goes.  Comments, suggestions, feedback,
