Its Basically an E & an open strings. Down strum on the E and an up strum on the open strings.
Keep repeating it and you will get better. 
Then you could look at the rest of the tabs on another topic.
Because I’m not a “KINGS OF LEON” fan, 
I just found out this tab by messing around! Hehehe! LOL : )
