Here is the counting for the '5' leading into the '13', and all of the basic accent hits 
the '13':

The slide from '5' to '13' happens on count 1, all the way into count 2. And when going 
the verse, simply slide all the way down the bridge (into nothingness...)

Verse:
There isn't a verse on the official recording, but when played live, I always see Caleb 
do a palm-mutted version of the pre-verse
