Repeat the first bar. The next two bars lead into the verses. 
The verses use the last bar (repeated twice) and then D and A for 2
beats each.

The chorus goes something like:

   D  A  C  G

The bridge is 

   E   D (D5?)  A    C    G/D(D5?)

I think that's most of it. you might try moving ther chords up and down
the neck. I've never seen it played live so i'm really not sure how
billy corgan does it.
