Key:
b   - bend
r   - bend release (if no number after the r, then release immediately)
/\  - slide into or out of (from/to "nowhere")
.   - staccato, hold note slightly shorter than regular value
-   - legato, hold note slightly longer than regular value

On the bends, in case I wasn't clear, bend back to 7 to end the note.  
If you listen to the song you can easily get the rhythm down.
