Ok folks, ive never tabbed a song before so i hope this doesn't suck too bad. but i
the tutorial from the acutal guitarist of Evans Blue so im pretty sure this is right. the
is a bit different it's in drop C# except the A#(second string) is tuned down another 
step to G# to get an open tuning. anyway, hopefully you can figure out the strum patterns
