Well, this is my first tab. It's 100% accurate except the solo, which is a little off. Anyhoo... enjoy.

------------------------------------------------------

Intro:

|------------------|------------------|----------------------|------------------|
|------------------|------------------|----------------------|------------------|
|------------------|------------------|----------------------|------------------|
|-9-9-9-10-10-10-9-|-9-9-9-10-10-10-9-|-14-14-14-15-15-15-14-|-9-9-9-10-10-10-9-|
|-7-7-7-8--8--8--7-|-7-7-7-8--8--8--7-|-12-12-12-13-13-13-12-|-7-7-7-8--8--8--7-|
|------------------|------------------|----------------------|------------------|

If I'm playing by myself, I like to do the little bass fills in there too,
so I'll tab them out.

After the first one:

|-------------|
|-------------|
|-------------|
|-------------|
|-6-5-3-------|
|-------6-5-3-|

Second:

|-------------|
|-------------|
|-------------|
|-------------|
|-----0-2-1---|
|-0-3-------3-|

Third:

|------|
|------|
|------|
|------|
|------|
|-12/0-|

After the fourth there isn't one, just hold the chord until you go to the last part of the intro:

Strum these chords a bit.

|----------------------|
|----------------------|
|----------------------|
|-12-12-12-11-11-10-10-|
|-10-10-10-9--9--8--8--|
|----------------------|

Alright, now for the bulk of the song. Here's the chords that get used:

 Em Am B B# G D
|-7-|-5-|-7-|-8--|----|-10-|
|-8-|-5-|-7-|-8--|-12-|-10-|
|-9-|-5-|-8-|-9--|-12-|-11-|
|-9-|-7-|-9-|-10-|-12-|-12-|
|-7-|-7-|-9-|-10-|-10-|-12-|
|-7-|-5-|-7-|-8--|----|-10-|

And here we go.

Em
Let me tell you 'bout a girl I know

Had a drink about an hour ago
Am
Sitting in a corner by herself
B B# B
In a bar in downtown hell

Em
She heard a noise and she looked to the door

And saw a man she'd never seen before
Am
Light skin, light blue eyes
B B# B
A double chin and a plastic smile

Em
Her heart raced as he walked through the door

And took an empty seat next to her at the bar
B
'My brand new car is parked right outside
Am
How'd you like to go for a ride?' And she said

Em
'Wait a minute I have to think'

He said 'That's fine may I please buy you a drink?'
B
One drink turned into 3 or 4
         B# B Em
And they left and got into his car
         B# B Em
And they drove away some place real far

Em
Now babe, the time has come

How'd you like to have a little fun? And she said
B B# G
'If we could only please be on our way,
            D Em
I would not run'

Em
That's when things got out of control

Em B# B
She didn't want to
Em B# B
He had his way
Em B# B
She said let's go
Em B# B
He said no way

B B# B
Come on babe it's your lucky day
B B# B
Shut your mouth we're gonna do it my way
B B# B
Come on baby don't be afraid
B
If it wasn't for date rape, I'd never get laid
-------------------------------------------------------

Now it's solo time! This is the general gist of it, though there are some subtle
tweaks that I couldn't catch, but I know are there. When I've tabbed out the 10^^^10,
You have to hit the ten, bend it up to a 12 and hold it while you hit 12 on the high E string,
and then hit the bent ten again while bringing it down. It's a Chuck Berry riff, a little
difficult to get used to but sounds great. It's also used in the latter half of the solo,
where you bend up 10 and hit 7 as well.

/ - Slide up
\ - Slide down
H - Hammer
P - Pick off
^ - Bend up the next note, so if it's says 10^12, bend the 10 up to a 12
~ - Vibrato (very little in this song, so don't overdo it)

|------------|----12-----|--------------------------------|
|-----8-10p8-|-10^^^10\8-|-10p8---8-----------------------|
|-7/9--------|-----------|------9---9-7~---7--------------|

Then play the intro again, and we're back into the second verse.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Em
He finished up, started the car

He turned around and drove back to the bar
Am
He said 'Now baby, don't be said,'
B B# B
'In my opinion, you weren't half bad.'

Em
She picked up a rock.

Threw it at the car.

Hit him in the head

Now he's got a big scar
Am
Come on, party people won't you listen to me
B B#

Em
The next day, she went to her drawer

Looked up her local attorney-at-law
B
Went to the phone and filed a police report
Am
And then she took the guys ass to court

Em
The day he stood infront of the judge

He screamed 'She lies, that little sl*t!'
B
The judge knew he was full of sh*t
      B# B Em
So he gave him 25 years
            B# B Em
And now his heart is filled with tears

Em
One night in jail, it was getting late

He was but-raped by a large inmate
B
And he screamed
        B# G D
But the guards payed no attention to his cries

Em
That's when things got out of control

It does not pay
Em B# B

B B# B
But that's the way it had to be
B
They locked him up and threw away the key
     B# B
Well I can't take pity on men of his kind
B# B
Even though he now takes it in the behind

Em B# B Em B# B Em B# B B# B B#

B B# B
But that's the way it had to be
B
They locked him up and threw away the key
     B# B
Well I can't take pity on men of his kind
B# B
Even though he now takes it in the behind

------------------------------------------------------

The horns play the next part, but if you don't have any (most likely)
I tabbed it out.

She didn't want to

She didn't want to

She didn't want to

Take it!

^^Those lyrics are sung over this riff:

And end on this, with TAKE IT!:
