Get feedback approximately three octaves above the A string. Set the whammy
pedal to two octaves below the pitch (pitch shifter - not harmonizer).
Simultaneously rock the wah pedal and whammy pedal. I\'d have tabbed this out,
but I don\'t have a whammy pedal, so...
