Just To Walk That Little Girl Home Ukulele

(ver. 1)
Willy Deville
I haven't found many tabs from Mink DeVille which is a pity they're such a great band.
Here is my lame version of one. If anyone can tab it better - please do. I chose a key to
suit myself - no idea about the original!

JUST TO WALK THAT LITTLE GIRL HOME - Mink DeVille

     F F
It's closing time in this nowhere café
           G G
There's no way in the world I'm gonna let that girl
         F
Let her slip away
      F F
But I can't explain just what's happening to me
       G G
I can tell that guy who's sticking close by her side
          F
Knows her more than just casually

            F
But there's nothing that I wouldn't do
           F
No there's nothing that I wouldn't do
           G
No there's nothing that I wouldn't do
G F
Just to walk that little girl home

Just to walk that ... mmmmm
G F
Just to walk that little girl home

     F F
Her flashing smile, her searching eyes
     G G
Oh a promise it seems of having all of my dreams
         F
Finally realised
      F F
But I can't ignore, hey that guy by her side
      G G
Now I know he can't see just what's happening to me
          F
There's a look on his face he can't hide

                            F
But I'm telling you there's nothing that I wouldn't do
           F
No there's nothing that I wouldn't do
           G
No there's nothing that I wouldn't do
G F
Just to walk that little girl home

Just to walk that ... mmmmm
G F
Just to walk that little girl home
