The end is a mix of hook 1 & the bridge (which has no bass), 
so play either hook 1 or 2. In my band I do the vocals for the bridge, & since I do it in that kind of speaking voice, it's quiet, so I play hook 2 since the higher pitch goes weel against my lower pitch speaking.
