I will be listing two different sets of chords; the first four are the ones I use and prefer
(and they're easier to transition with) throughout the song; the 2nd four are "standard" options,
but I also use these sparingly here and there - namely the bridge/interlude into bridge. 
I play from the "perspective of an acoustic guitar, so keep that in mind and use whatever
chord versions you prefer, such as power chords for the outro.
