Fourth Drink Instinct Tabs

(ver. 2)
Cute Is What We Aim For
This is a version that my friend and I decided to make to help her along with guitar.
It IS for two guitars, but you can rearrange and make it for one if you wish to do so.
There is no solo, instead I added a rhythm that has the same chords as the chorus.
I'll put the word under the places where there's a switch.
The lyrics are at the bottom.

Standard Tuning.
2 guitars (optional).

Verse 1: guitar 2 (For guitar 1, cut what guitar 2 does in half,
so you'll only have four for the notes which have eight,
and two for the ones with four.)

Verse 2
Guitar 2: repeat verse 1.

Repeat chorus (guitar two, come in on repeat.)

Solo/Rhythm: guitar 1 (guitar 2, you guessed it. keep playing verse 1.)
I'm not going to write this in because it would take hours.
Mess around, find a rhythm you like (that keeps the beats of the chorus)
and get on the roll.

Bridge: Guitar 1, guitar two, come in with the same thing the second time through.

Repeat chorus, guitar 2 plays with guitar 1.

Repeat "thing", or prechorus. However you look at it.
wallah.

She doesn't deserve to be in a place like this, all alone
She's under age and so very, very brave.
Her fake ID lent her credibility.
She sits at the bar,
The gents' are gonna' try so hard.

He said it was a one night stand
But the alcohol didn't let her understand.
Yeah, he said it was a one night stand,
A one night stand.

So what made you think that he couldn't find the door in the morning,
When he found that bed so easily in the dark?
What made you think that he couldn't find the door in the morning,
When he found that bed so easily in the dark?

So the bartender who tends to pretend that he's concerned,
Says, "Girly, girly. You're at your best (you're at your best)
When you're sober."
And she slurs, "No, no. Just one more."
And one turns into four.
The fourth drink instinct is taking over,
And the gentleman is leader her towards the door.

So what made you think that he couldn't find the door in the morning,
When he found that bed so easily in the dark?
What made you think that he couldn't find the door in the morning,
When he found that bed so easily in the dark?

She thought that she could buy happiness by, by the bottle.
She thought that she could buy happiness by, by the bottle.
She thought that she could buy happiness by, by the bottle.

So what made you think that he couldn't find the door in the morning,
When he found that bed so easily in the dark?
What made you think that he couldn't find the door in the morning,
When he found that bed so easily in the dark?

He said it was a one night stand, a one night stand.
