okay, so I'm not sure, but I think the chors are pretty accurate.
also, on the chorus part, I'm not sure if it starts on G or C, even though I'm
almost sure it's G.
correct anything you find wrong (:

 D D
Their arms, they reach,
 D D
They branch like they're trying to catch me,
 D D
They stand so tirelessly,
 C C
Outgrown, the sides of roads,
   C
Are mixed in gold,
   F G
The summer has me, the summer has me sold.

  D D
I see the hints, just picture it,
   D
Craving to witness,
   D
But we blinked and missed it,
   C C
Beg to the sky long days and all night,
   F G
Beg to the sky long days and all night.

  G Am4
Here we are, rooted deep.
  C Am4
Looking up, so sun sweet,
  F C
Until the fall, we lose it all
  D
Here we are.

  D D
Thin and bare, stuck in the stiff stare,
   D D
I wait up in the air, that makes it all fair,
    Bb Bb
We stop and grow and stop and grow,
    F G
We co-exist, flourished and sun kissed.

  D D
Anything you'd like, your back road eyes,
  D D
They're getting dry and unnatural smile,
  Bb Bb
You're lost in this place, I see it in your face,
   F E
Lost in this place, I see it in your face.

   C Am4
Here we are, rooted deep.
   C Am4
Looking up, so sun sweet,
   F C
Until the fall, we lose it all
   D
Here we are.

sorry, I wasn't able to find the chords for neither this ending before the
"medley" begins nor the medley itself ):
