(ver. 2)
Zac Brown Band
(Intro)
This is the intro to Free by The Zac Brown Band. This is exactly how Zac Brown
plays it with the correct tuning. This is played throughout almost the whole song.
*The Tuning is Drop Db, partial capo II: (low to high: Db-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb) *6th
string is not capoed; place your capo from underneath the neck onto the first 5
strings. This would now make your open strings Db-Bb-Eb-Ab-C-F. If there are any

Capo II; first 5 strings only!

Db|-----------------------------------------------------------------------|

The first chord strummed which lies directly between the end of the first verse
and the beginning of the first chorus is what I think would be called F#maj7/Db. *This
chord is strummed with the same tuning as what is written above along with the capo still
only on the first 5 strings! A second guitar is getting an F# as a bass note that can be
played by placing your thumb over the low Db string at the 5th fret. **(Notice how this
is the ACTUAL 5th fret because there is no capo on the 6th string.)

Eb|0

Also, here is a riff which is used a lot in this song as a bit of a transition.
*This riff is played with the same tuning as what is written above along with the capo
still only on the first 5 strings!
