-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The guitar in this song is tuned a whole step down.

The song starts with just D and G chords alternating, then goes to the bridge
(transposed from piano):

d|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|--12--12--10--10--10--10--8--8--12--12--10--10--10--10--8--8--8--8--8--8--|
F|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
C|--9---9---7---7---7---7---5--5--9---9---7---7---7---7---5--5--5--5--5--5--|
G|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|

d|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|--7--7--7--7--------------------------------------------------------------|
F|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
C|--4--4--4--4--------------------------------------------------------------|
G|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|

Then it returns to the previous D G progression until this riff, which
repeats until the end:

d|-------------------------------0------------|
A|-------------------------0--------8--0------|
F|------0------------0------------------------|
C|-------------7--9---------------------------|
G|--------------------------------------------|
D|---3-----/7-----------0-----8---------------|

*Let the notes ring whenever possible during the end riff.

*The /7 on the low D is a slide all the way from 3, though it's not that
noticeable if you shorten or even get rid of the slide altogether.

*Nearly all of the open notes can be replaced by fretted notes if you don't
want to jump around the strings so much when playing this, though I find it
easiest to let everything ring by playing it this way. If you want more open
notes, you can even replace the 9 on C with an open A!

*This my first tab, and probably the only one I'll ever be motivated to write
because I love this song so much and the two other tabs for it are incorrect.

*Email me if you have any comments or corrections.
