This part is actually whammy bar vibrato, going from the 4th fret to the 3rd fret and
back and forth. I'm not sure how to tab whammy stuff, so this is how to do it without
a whammy bar. It's a bit confusing to read, but it's basically starting with the
string pre-bent to the 4th fret F# note and bending down to the F note and back up
and then down over and over again:
