Last Po Man - Seasick Steve
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tuning: EADGBe (standard)

NB: On the album, I think it was recorded tuned down a half-step
(Eb Ab Db Gb Bb eb).
However, live, he now seems to favour standard.

Relatively easy song from SSS, only tricky bit is getting the percussive
elements (explained below) right, and keeping a solid rhythm. Enjoy.

B-x-
G-x- = Percussive slap - slap fingers/knuckles of right hand on strings
D-x- (Opposite for left-handed players, obviously)

When playing this section, slightly bend the doublestops on the two highest
strings to get this sound correct.

Steve also plays a small impovised lick at the start and end of each
performance. This differs each night, so just try and make up something
using the shapes shown above and the E minor pentatonic/blues scale.

Most of the songs riffs are repeated throughout, so listen and learn the
order. Also, it is played loosely, so dont worry too much about hitting
extra strings or notes.

As always, rate, comment, and dont hesitate to contact me at the above email
address if you have any queries.

Thanks.
