Hit me up with 5 stars if you like this tab or you learned something.

Ok, so the other tab made this song way more complicated than it actually is. I listened
to this song all day for two days and in the end it blew my mind how simple the tab is.
What makes this song so catchy and entrancing are its two simple chords and its 3/4 time.

Just remember that the time signature is 3/4. If you're a beginner that just means that
it feels like a waltz. Listen to the song and you'll feel it, just count "one, two,
three; one, two, three; one, two, three" you'll have it in no time. You play each chord
for four measures and then switch for four measures.

Beginner version:
G 320033
D xx0232

Stroke on 1, 2, 3
once you've got that try to stroke on 1, 3

Moderate version
G 320033
D xx0232
Dmaj7 xx0222

Stroke on 1, 2, and of 2, 3
and whenever the chord reads "D" just alternate D and Dmajor7 every measure (count of
3). It's easiest if you bar the 2nd fret (G, B, and E string) for Dmaj7 and just add your
middle finger on the B string to resolve to D.

Challenge version
You'll notice that there's a note that climbs and drops throughout. That's just a B, C#,
D, C#, B and you can play it all on the B string. In the original I think it's two
guitars, but if you're hardcore and have big hands you can do it with the G chord. Just
like the alternating D chords, you switch each measure and it flows nicely into the
alternating D chords which work on the same climbing and descending notes.
G 320003
G 320023 (yes it's a tritone, get over it, it sounds awesome)
G 320033
Or you can make it easier by making it into a G9 chord by leaving the high 'e' string open.

G
Sometimes the edge

Serves as more than a friend
          D
Than you, thought it would be
G
And the pages you write

In your, journal each night
          D
Are your only release
        G
And the mask you put on

It's like words in a song
            D
But there's more to be seen
        G
And the failures you see
                                                 D
Don't seem failures to me, here at all

G D
Oh I'm begging you no
        G D
There's more life left to go
G D
Oh I'm begging you please
       G D
Cause I don't want you to leave

G
Alone as you walk

Through a crowd and its awkward
        D
Like nobody sees
        G
And you can't help but wonder
                                         D
Would anyone come after you

If you'd leave
     G
So a pain grows inside

And a fear comes alive
            D
Like you'll never be free
            G
But there's no pain you feel
                                    D
That I know love can't heal here at all

G D
Oh I'm begging you no
        G D
There's more life left to go
G D
Oh I'm begging you please
       G D
Cause I don't want you to leave

                                      G
To leave me here on my own
                                   D
There's nothing to run from
                   G D
Oh There's nothing but fear inside you
   G D
Oh I just hope I can find you
   G D
And tell you that I know you'll smile again

G D
Oh I'm begging you no
        G D
There's more life left to go
G D
Oh I'm begging you please
       G D
Cause I don't want you to leave
