This is the "A" section to this fast phreaky ass gypsy blues.  Except for the triplets, those are all eighth notes. It would be a severe pain in my ass to describe the rhythm in this format, so go to cdnow.com and listen to the tune.   The "B" section is just E9 with some chromatically descending hits (ie G7 F#7 F7).  I have transcribed the solo but am far too lazy to write it all here now.
