                Main riff:

e:|--2--2--2---|--2--2--2---||
B:|---3--3--3--|---3--3--3--||
G:|----2--2----|----2--2----||
D:|--0---------|--0---------||
A:|-----0--0---|-----0--0---||
E:|------------|------------||

and if you're using a loop pedal you can start messing around
with these shapes:
(Noah starts them at about 0:37)

e:|--7--5--5p2--||
B:|--7--7--3----||
G:|--7--7--2----||
D:|--7--7--0----||
A:|--5--5-------||
E:|-------------||

 D  D/A  D           D/A
Hey man what's your problem
D            D/A      D       D/A        D
  Don't you know that I don't belong to you
D     D/A       D     D/A
  Its hard and hard enough
D            D/A      D         D/A    D          (it goes on like this)
  To keep it up when everything is so new

I'm not trying to forget you
I just like to be alone
Come and give me the space I need
And you may and you may
And you may and you may and you may
Find that were alright

I'm not trying to forget you
I just like to be my own
Come and give me the space I need
And you may and you may
And you may and you may and you may
Find that were alright

I mean no offense to you
But grow up
Can't you just grow up?
When are you going to
Give it your own go?
Give it your own go

I know I'm being way too hard
But I know that I'm trying

     (After this, he repeats the whole thing one more time
     and just after he says "to keep it up when everything is so new"
     at about 3:18 he adds some D shapes like the ones at the intro.
     Also at this point he starts strumming a single D chord in the arsis
     of each measure - listen carefully on your left headphone or speaker
     I play it like this:
     e:|--------|
     B:|----10--|
     G:|---11---|
     D:|--12----|
     A:|--------|
     E:|--------|)

At about 6 minutes in it transitions in the next segment which is D and A
played like this - with d and u meaning downstroke and upstroke respectively

     d u d u d u d u d  d d d     d u d u d u d u d  d d d
e:|--2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2--0-0-0--|--2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2--0-0-0--||

A:|---------------------0-0-0--|---------------------0-0-0--||
E:|----------------------------|----------------------------||

   D          A
I know myself
       D        A         D
And I know what I want to do
     D            A
I'm doing my best
    D
And I want to know
       A            D
Is it good for you? (and it goes on like this)

You give me trouble
You give me everything that you've got
Ill show you that
What's right for you me
Ain't for you

at 8:00 this riff starts playing:
e:|---2---0---------0----|---2---0---------0----||
B:|----3----2---2----2---|----3----2---2----2---||
G:|-----2-----2--2----2--|-----2-----2--2----2--||

who are you to tell me how
When you've problems of your own
I do love you and
I want to hold on to you for always

(Repeat this segment one more time)
(dissolve into madness)
