There's already a very accurate bass tab out there.  The guitar tab that seems to keep 
up is a simplified version of the chords - I figured I would give my attempt at fleshing 
guitar part out.

The bass line starts the song until about 44 seconds, then the guitar comes in - this 
is repeated until the verse:
