Saw some errors in the other tab(s) and decided to fix them...I'm not sure if all the
chords in this tab are identical to what's being played in the recording but they
absolutely work behind the vocal melody.

Intro
E Amaj7 F#m

         E Amaj7 F#m
       E Amaj7 F#m
To the mud upon my shoe
Abm C#m Abm C#m
Everything's a me - mo - ry
     D A
With strings that tie to you

E Amaj7 F#m

      E Amaj7 F#m
In my dream I'm often running
       E Amaj7 F#m
To the place that's out of view
   Abm C#m Abm C#m
Of every kind of me - mo - ry
     D A
With strings that tie to you
E F#m (Abm)

         C#m Bm
Though a change has taken place
         Am Bsus4 B Abm
And I no longer do adore her
            C#m Bm
Still every God forsaken place is always
Am Bus4 B
Right around the cor - ner

      E Amaj7 F#m
Now I know it's either them or me
        E Amaj7 F#m
So I'll bury every clue
    Abm C#m Abm C#m
And every kind of me - mo - ry
     D A E
With strings that tie to you
F#m
Oh-oh, oh, oh, oh -
    Abm C#m Abm C#m
And every kind of me - mo - ry
     D A E
With strings that tie to you...

  E Amaj7 F#m
e|--------------------------------------------|
B|-----0---------0----------0---------0-------|
G|-------1---------1----------2---------2-----|
D|---------2---2-----2----------4---------4---|
A|---2-------0------------4---------4---------|
E|-0--------------------2---------2-----------|

That's how I play the verses and then randomly finger-pick the rest of the chords...the
main melodic component is the B to G# (for E and Amaj7)and B to A (for F#m) so make sure
