Fun - Some Nights Bass

Its basically the same repeating pattern. There are certain parts of the song, which are 
pretty obvious, that have only vocals, so obviously you don't play bass during those parts.

Some nights I stay up cashing in my bad luck... etc

What do I stand for? What do I stand for?
Most nights, I don't know anymore... (after this bass kicks in, same time as the drums)
