Tuning:standard
All in 16th notes (semiquavers), unless you don't want to play the droning G
 (17 on the D) on the bottom in which case they are 8th notes (quavers). The chord progression
(without the chromatics in the original, and in the same key as lying to yourself), is 
Cm-Bb-Ab-Fm-G (play an F instead of Fm if you want some melodic minor).

Please note I have the first note of each chord at the start of each bar,
 where in the original the note would be an octave down.

the drop is the chord progession in fast triplets. The 'wuh wuh' sound on the end of 
each bar is just
 the next 2 notes up from the root note of the chord in the Eb maj scale (C-D-Eb, Bb-C-D etc)
