Makeover Chords

(ver. 2)
David Cook
David Cook is the best singer in the world, my idol. :)
And this is one of my favorite songs of his.

It's pretty easy, goes like this.

Capo on 2.
Chords relative to capo. (i.e, down two frets)

For Eb5/E5, slide your index finger while playing E5 up a fret, and instantly back down.
Kinda tricky, but it's to the effect of the song, not really important.
If you can't be assed, just play E5.

On with the chords!

E5
Completely colorblind, these red lights are going unseen
Eb5/E5
Fall behind with words unsaid you know they're always obscene
C#5 A5 E5
'cause my ears, they bled before; I need to let them heal

*Pause*

E5
She fell out; her broken legs won't let her walk away
Eb5/E5
C#5 A5 E5
And her fears, they bled before she's convinced that they're real

E5
What are you looking for?
       C#5
Are you looking for something more?
         A5
It's not me
         E5
It's not me

E5
Lost her way from everything she swore she knew, a friend
Eb5/E5
Run away from start to finish though it never ends
C#5 A5 E5
In her mind she is blinded by all she sees

E5
Close your eyes; just pretend the bullet isn't there
Eb5/E5
No surprise; no need to pretend that no one really even cares
C#5 A5 E5
But in her eyes you will find the very best in me

E5
What are you looking for?
      C#5
Are you looking for something more?
          A5
It's not me
          E5
It's not me

Interlude: E5-C#5-A5-B5

E5
When did it all unwind?
      C#5
Are you prepared for what you'll find?
         A5
It's not me
         E5
It's not me

You're welcome. :)
