I'm like 99.9% sure this is right.
It sounds like it's correct to me.

So, when I play this, I tune my guitar up a half step(F, Bb, Eb, Ab, C, F),
because, sadly, I'm too lazy to put the capo on the first fret.
If you don't have a capo you can tune your guitar to that, but if you do, you can
put it on the first fret.

Chords used.
C(#): x32010
Am(Bbm): x02210
F(#): 133211
G(#): 320010 & 320033*
Some type of B: x20033

in the beginning when you play the C, hammer on using your pinky, the B string(2nd
string), third fret.

play C for 6 1\2 measure or 7 full measures.

C
For the longest time I thought I'd lost the best of me
Am
But I'll be damned if I quit now and that's for sure
F
All I ever wanted was for you to look at me
C
And know I'm all yours
C
Like the penguins need their wings for deep cold water dives
Am
Like the earth needs the moon to keep it on course
F
When you touch me, I know there is purpose in my life
C
Just know I'm all yours

Am
I'm a mess,
F C G
I confess that I'm nothing without you
Am F C G
And there is nothing I can do to prove to you I'm being honest
Am F C G
Now I see, everything; and yes I've known it all along
       Am
I was so lost, but I'm back,
             C G
And I finally know now where my heart belongs

C

C
I've been wondering if you could ever realize
Am
That we're growing up so fast, and it's insane
F
My dear our hearts have gotten good at pumping cheap new lust
C B
Into our young veins
Am F C Am F G*
Suddenly I understand everything I couldn't comprehend

Am
I'm a mess,
F C G
I confess that I'm nothing without you
Am F C G
And there is nothing I can do to prove to you I'm being honest
Am F C G
Now I see, everything; and yes I've known it all along
       Am
I was so lost, but I'm back,
             C G
And I finally know now where my heart belongs

C

Am F C
All this time I've spent without you by my side, I
G
Dreamt about you
Am F C G
Saw you through the windows in my mind
Am F C
Carved a home for you deep down inside my chest
    G Am F C G
And I never want to lose such a big part of me again
Am F C
Lose such a big part of me again

Am
I'm a mess,
F C G
I confess that I'm nothing without you
Am F C G
And there is nothing I can do to prove to you I'm being honest
Am F C G
Now I see, everything; and yes I've known it all along
       Am
I was so lost, but I'm back,
             C G
And I finally know now where my heart belongs

End on C
