note: just listen to the song and you'll get the Em -- F thingy.. i can't explain it 
:D and you can play C/A as Am only and C/G as G only. I'm not sure about the B-chord in the 
it's just that the bass in that part "runs" from the F-G-A-B note twice and then F-G-E-A and finally D-E-F..
