It's in standard tuning, a Tool rarity.

That's it.  Play accordingly to the song and you got it easy.  I do know
the during the intermission between "Parabol" and "Parabola" Adam tunes the 
6th string down to D.  I'm working on the tab to "Parabola", possibly the 
best song on the album.  The whole album rocks.
