I HATE this song, but my roomate listens to it all the time, so i have it
burned into my memory.

there is a higher pitched chimey part that can be played
on guitar, I don't know exactly how it goes nor do I care to learn, but
it's picked around a C minor chord I do believe (with obvious variation)
