The Tourist Chords

(ver. 1)
Lucy Spraggan
Okay so I preformed this at a show and I think this is how the chords go :)
I think this is the first thingy I have done so please be kind :D
With the strumming pattern if you listen to the song you can like pick it up,
she changes it at different times so just do what feels good.
I play the A different to a normal one but a normal one sounds fine if you wanna use it :)

This is the A I play C#m B E This is the normal A

Capo-8
Intro : C#m,B, A x2

C#m B
She said she hated tourists
        A
But she wanted to travel the world.
C#m B
Said the best things in life were free
         A
And then worked all day to feed herself.
          C#m B
She said, you never know what you got until it's gone
           A
And she complained about the rain like she'd never seen the sun.
         C#m B
She said good things come to those who wait
          A
And then she waited four hours for a cancelled train.

She said:
E
You try and catch me
A
I'll never stop running.
C#m B A
With a pound in my pocket and my life inside a bag.
E
You try and catch me
A
I know where I'm going
C#m B A
I'll be half way round the world before you even know I'm gone
She said I'm moving on.

C#m,B,A

C#m B
She fell in love with a book once;
A
Fell in love with the page.
C#m B
She fell in love with the author
A
Didn't remember his name.
              C#m B
She read your soul weighs nothing but a lump in your throat
A
The one's you see less are the one's you love most.
C#m B A
So she burnt that book and flew down to the coast.

She said:
E
You try and catch me
A
I'll never stop running.
C#m B A
With a pound in my pocket and my life inside a bag.
E
You try and catch me
A
I know where I'm going
C#m B A
I'll be half way round the world before you even know I'm gone
She said I'm moving on.

E,C#m,B x4

E
So she's sitting on a train with her bags at her feet
Stories entertain every pair of ears that she meets.
C#m B
She's got gold in her soul.
E
What she wants, nobody knows.
E
She's got two right feet and a bag full of clothes.
C#m B
She's got gold in her soul.
E
Going nowhere slowly and that's what she needs
She's on the right track to where she'd rather be.
C#m B
She's got gold in her so-oul.

E
You try and catch me
A
I'll never stop running.
C#m B A
With a pound in my pocket and my life inside a bag.
E
You try and catch me
A
I know where I'm going
C#m B A
I'll be half way round the world before you even know I'm gone
She said I'm moving on.

Thank you :D
