(ver. 1)
Kings Of Convenience

                  Stay Out of Trouble - Kings of Convenience
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tuning: EADGBe - Capo 1st.

Another great song, thoughtful stuff.

Here are the chords I use:

   Amaj7 B6  C#m7 F#m7 G#m7

e||--0----2----4----2----4--||
B||--2----0----5----2----4--||
G||--1----1----4----2----4--||
D||--2----1----6----2----4--||
A||--0----2----4----4----6--||
E||-----------------2----4--||

> If you see a * after a chord name, then just strum it once!

The strumming pattern is more or less like this for the first guitar, guitar 2
can sort of pick the same chords, erm, 'pensively' or something, as well. Make
sure one guitar emphasizes the bass notes!

     Amaj7                               B6

e||--------0-------0-------0-----0----|--------2-------2-------2-------||
B||----2-2-----2-2-----2-2-----2-0-0--|----0-0-----0-0-----0-0---------||
G||----1-1-----1-1-----1-1-----1-0-0--|----1-1-----1-1-----1-1---------||
D||----2-2-----2-2-----2-2-----2-0-0--|----1-1---1---------1-1---------||
A||--0---------------0----------------|--2---------------2-------------||
E||----------0---------------0--------|--------------------------2--4--||

Amaj7                      B6
I walked around for hours, two ten pence pieces in my

Amaj7       B6           Amaj7
hand.....................I was alone and freezing,

B6                        Amaj7            B6
still trying hard to understand you................

Amaj7                     B6
I left the others knowing I had to work this by my-

Amaj7          B6        Amaj7
self.....................But now the feeling's growing,

B6                               Amaj7        B6
I would be better off with their help.................

   Amaj7*           B6*         Amaj7*        B6
So baby, what we've got.....has lately,...............

         Amaj7     B6            Amaj7        B6
not been enough.........not been enough...............

> (Violin Part) just keep plodding on with Amaj7 to B6 etc.

Amaj7*                         B6*
I wish I had your scarf still, that once embraced,

            Amaj7              B6
and kept me warm.................................

Amaj7                        B6
I wish you could be with me, in these last days

          Amaj7                          B6
when I am still...............hopelessly poor......

> Stick with B6 for the bridge, then go on to play this:

 || Stay out................of trouble,..stay....in......touch........... ||

     C#m7                                B6              Amaj7

e||--------4-------4-------4----------|--------1-------1-------0----------||
B||----5-5-----5-5-----5-5-----5---5--|----0-0-----0-0-----2-2-----2-0-0--||
G||----4-4-----4-4-----4-4-----4---4--|----1-1-----1-1-----1-1-----1-0-0--||
D||----6-6-----6-6-----6-6---6-----6--|----1-1---1---------2-2---2---0-0--||
A||--4---------------4-----------4----|--2---------------0-----------0----||
E||----------4------------------------|-----------------------------------||

> And then carry on with this pattern for now...

C#m7                   B6           Amaj7
Try not to think about me....too....much.

C#m7                 B6            Amaj7
Stay out of trouble, stay....in....touch,

C#m7                   B6           F#m7
Try not to think about me....too....much.

     F#m7                                G#m7

e||--------2-------2-------2----------|--------4-------4-------4----------||
B||----2-2-----2-2-----2-2-----2---2--|----4-4-----4-4-----4-4-----4---4--||
G||----2-2-----2-2-----2-2-----2---2--|----4-4-----4-4-----4-4-----4---4--||
D||----2-2-----2-2-----2-2-----2---2--|----4-4-----4-4-----4-4-----4---4--||
A||----------4---------------4--------|----------6---------------6--------||
E||--2---------------2-----------2----|--4---------------4-----------4----||

     F#m7                             C#m7                    B6

e||--------2-------2-------2-------|--------4-------4-------4-------1--||
B||----2-2-----2-2-----2-2---------|----5-5-----5-5-----5-5-----0-0----||
G||----2-2-----2-2-----2-2---------|----4-4-----4-4-----4-4-----1-1----||
D||----2-2-----2-2-----2-2---------|----6-6---6---------6-6-----1-1----||
A||----------4---------------2--3--|--4---------------4-------2--------||
E||--2---------------2-------------|-----------------------------------||

The violin part afterwards follows these chords:

Amaj7 B6 Amaj7 B6

F#m7 G#m7 F#m7 C#m7 B6

Amaj7 B6 Amaj7 B6 Amaj7 B6 Amaj7 (fade)

Hope you like the tab, sorry there's no specific second guitar part, but from
the live stuff I've heard, it's pretty much just tasteful improv stuff anywho!

Enjoy :)
