Slow Fade Drum

(ver. 1)
Casting Crowns
OK not sure on this but should sound decent.......

each "-"= one sixteenth rest or"x" = one sixteenth note very important

intro bass beat not actually there i like it though
      1 & 2 & 3 & 4 & a
 bass[x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x x] ..... x7

then pre-verse

       1 & 2 & 3 & 4 & a
bass [x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x -]

hi-hat[x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x -] keep it kinda loose all x 4

snare [x - - - x - - - x - - - x - - -]

rest until the last line of the chorus and play that again and then play this i will
call this THE BUILD important

snare [x - x x x x x x - - - -]

small crash[- - - - - - - - x let ring for that measure

hi hat [- - - - - - - - - - - -] then half a measure of the basic beat (below) only
for this one time

for the verse after that go into the basic drum beat with the hi hat as loose as the
pre-verse like this:
       1 & 2 & 3 & 4 & ]
bass [x - - - x - - - x - x - x - - -] all x9 at 2nd count of 8th
                                        measure crescendo through 9th
hi hat[x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x -] on the hi hat only and then play the
build with no crash just snare
snare [- - - - x - - - - - - - x - - -] then repeat that again 8 times then the build
with no crash

and again 8 times with the build then wait for "its a slow fade when you give
your self away go into the pre-verse with energy on the "g" on give
                                                        3 e & a 4
repeat it 6.5 times then a snare beat like this: snare[x x x x x] and back to the
pre-verse on the 1st count of the next measure repeat it 1.5 times then the snare beat then
3 beat roll + crash

small tom [x x x x - - - - - - - - - - - -]
med. tom [- - - - x x x x - - - - - - - -]
floor tom [- - - - - - - - x x x x - - - -]
crash cymbal[- - - - - - - - - - - - x - - -]

i know it will take a while to remember the pattern but it is 100 percent there just remember
 bass beat x 7
 pre-verse x 4
 build x 1
 basic beat x 9
 build snare only x 1
 basic beat x 8
 build snare only x 1
 basic beat x 8
