                               (Ruthann Friedman)

Jim Yester, in the liner notes to the Japanese _From The Original Master
Tapes_ CD (Warner/Pioneer WPCP-3536):

Written by our good friend and "Den Mother", Ruthann Friedman, this song
successfully bridged the generation gap. From toddlers to grandmothers,
its appeal was almost universal. One of those rare songs that everyone
knew was a hit, before we left the studio.
