TROUBLE WALKIN' (from the Ace Frehley Album "TROUBLE WALKIN'"- 1989)
Coments: This song screams Ace Frehley. As well as many other songs from him, the
riffs follow the lead vocal, mainly in the chorus. The song is very simple and the
main riff (Rhythm Fig. 1A & B) changes the licks each time, never repating the same
line. The solo is very creative, with pentatonic licks in Am, then in Em. After the
solo, Ace uses a bridge which leaves a different touch to the song (Rhythm Fig. 4),
very well done. The music ends with another solo, which reminds us of the other
licks used in the song.
