That's the intro. For the next part you continue to play the intro (it's a little bit 
different though) but another guitar kicks in...

When you play the C chord at the end this time you strum it then enter the next part. 
The 2nd guitar is struming Em, G, Cadd9 while the picking is being played.

After that you Strum Em7 to Cadd9 but he does this with the Cadd9....

I also think he is doing something similar with the Em7 chord but not sure.
The rest of the song is basically just repeats so just figure out where everything goes.
