Here Comes A Regular Chords

(ver. 3)
Replacements
------------------------------------
 Band: The Replacements
 Year: 1985
 Key: F# Major
------------------------------------

Classic Replacements song, played on acoustic guitar. There are a few other
instruments on the record, but to get the best feel for the song you may as
well just play it with guitar and vocal.

Either you can play the song using bar chords, or you can capo the 6th fret
to get the nice sound of the open strings. I've noted the names of the
chords so those of you without a capo can just use barre chords, but I
recommend using a capo if you can. I'm pretty sure Paul Westerburg plays it
with a capo on the record.

As well as playing normal chords Westerburg also has a habit of lifting and
dropping certain fingers to add variation. I've written down a suggestion of
how to play it but I'd advise you to play through it a few times
experimenting with odd chords. Listen through the record a few times and you
will work it out.
