a capo on second fret may be neccessary for this guitar part, but i dont think most of
you nedd it. the d is just an open c chord shape up 2 frets, and the d is up another 2. 

repeat verse, this time a clean guitar sometimes strums an F#minor (3rd chorus chord).
like in the "all your friends" bit it does on "friends"
