Bright End Of Nowhere Tabs

(ver. 1)
Matthew Good
I've always had quite a liking to this song, so i tabbed it for all
you Matthew Good fans out there. The chords i use here are slightly
edited, so check the chord listing at the bottom of the page before you
attempt to play. Also, i only tabbed out the intro and the piano outro
as the rest of the soloing done by the instruments in this song isnt
important to playing this song. I hope this helps, and rememeber, this
questions you may have!

VERSE:

 G
Here's the bright end of nowhere

Here's the results of all our days

Used to lay on the roof and drink beer
                      G/F# Em
And try and count up all the ways
                          C G
 That you could waste away
          Em
Looking back it seemed so simple
             C G G G/F#
But having done it I couldn't say

CHORUS:
-------
Em G
 The lights were out baby
C G G/F#
 And I'm a mouse
Em G C
 The lights were out baby
     G G/F#
 So hear me out
Em G
 The lights were out baby
C G G/F#
 And I'm a mouse

VERSE:
------
G
So here's the bright end of nowhere

Here's the commercial of all our days

Go on vacations and drink beer
                    G/F# Em
And try and forget all the ways
                         C
 We let ourselves get away
          Em
Looking back it seemed so simple
             C G G G/F#
But having done it's not the same

CHORUS:
-------
Em G
 The lights were out baby
C G G/F#
 And I'm a mouse
Em G C
 The lights were out baby
     G G/F#
 So hear me out
Em G
 The lights were out baby
C G G/F#
 And I'm a mouse
