Something's Always Wrong Tabs

(ver. 1)
Toad The Wet Sprocket
Someone requested this a week or so ago -- sorry, it took awhile to chart:

SOMETHING'S ALWAYS WRONG - Toad the Wet Sprocket

INTRO:
(my own interpretation; they use more harmonics and/or keyboard (bell) tones)
   Em Em
e----7-5----5-2----2------------/----7-5----5-2----2----------------
B----8-7----7-3----3-3-3-5-5-3--/--x-8-7----7-3----3-3-3-5-3---3----
G--x-----------------2-2-4-4-2--/--x-----------------2-2-4-2h4-2p0--
D--2----------------------------/--2--------------------------------
A--2------x------x--------------/--2------x------x------------------
E--0------0------0--------------/--0------0------0------------------

 C D Bm Em D/F#bass

 C D Em D A/C#bass

 C D Bm Em D/F#bass
Another day....I call and never speak
 C D Em D A/C#bass
And you would say....nothing's changed at all
 C D Bm Em D/F#bass
And I can't feel....much hope for anything
 C D Em D A/C#bass
If I won't be there....to catch you if you fall

  C G D C G D
Again, it seems we meet, in the spaces in between
           C G D Em D Cadd9
We always say, it won't be long, oh, but something's always wrong

(see INTRO Tab)

Another game....of putting things aside
As if we'll come....back to them sometime (same chords as
A brace of hope....a pride of innocence 1st verse)
And you would say....something has gone wrong

  C G D C G D
Again, it seems we meet, in the spaces in between
           C G D Em D A/C#bass
We always say, it won't be long, oh, but something's always wrong

C D Bm Em D/F#bass / C D Em D A/C#bass

(play above progression twice, with vocal 'ooh's and 'aay's)

      C G D C G D
And again, it seems we meet, in the spaces in between
           C G D Em D Cadd9
We always say, it won't be long, oh, but something's always wrong
 Em D Cadd9 Em C D Dsus4 D
Something's always wrong, something's always wrong

(play INTRO Tab, then verse progression twice to close)

----

That 'A/C#bass' chord is played like this: x4222x , or add the 'A'
bass note, like so: 54222x. Also, leading into the chorus, try a
variation of opening up the treble strings, like this: 542000.

Cool song -- hope you like my arrangement!
