Hey, so here's my first rough tab of The National's Forever After Days (Demo) off the 
Virginia EP. Just comment any corrections and I'll make them.

Just repeat over and over for chorus

Chorus:
Bbm (II) | Ebm | Bbm (I)

This is for the "Forever After Days" melody of the chorus, at the end of the chorus, for 
the "Hold my own above the ground" melody, it goes:

Ab | Bbm (I) | Ab | Bbm (I) (hold)

It just repeats like that over and over again. There is a brief solo after the second 
chorus, that goes like this:
