Happiness Ukulele

(ver. 1)
The Fray

First Tab woo hoo! :)

This song isn't released yet. Isaac has played it live a number of times. When I saw him
he said the song was dedicated to his father.
Incredibly simple song but incredibly beautiful.

Capo 2nd Fret

Fadd9 C Am7
  Happiness
Fadd9 C
is just outside my window
Fadd9 C Am7
Would it crash
Fadd9 C
blowing 80-miles an hour?
Fadd9 C Am7
Or is happiness
Fadd9 C
a little more like knocking
Fadd9 C Am7
On your door,
Fadd9 C
and you just let it in?

Fadd9 C Am7
Fadd9 C

Fadd9 C Am7
   Happiness
Fadd9 C
feels a lot like sorrow
Fadd9 C Am7
Let it be,
Fadd9 C
you can't make it come or go
Fadd9 C Am7
But you are gone-
Fadd9 C
not for good but for now
Fadd9 C Am7
Gone for now
Fadd9 C
feels a lot like gone for good

Fadd9 C Am7
   Happiness
Fadd9 C
is a firecracker sitting on my headboard
Fadd9 C Am7
   Happiness
Fadd9 C
was never mine to hold
Fadd9 C Am7
Careful child,
Fadd9 C
light the fuse and get away
Fadd9 C Am7
'Cause happiness
Fadd9 C
throws a shower of sparks

Fadd9 C Am7
Fadd9 C

Fadd9 C Am7
   Happiness
Fadd9 C
damn near destroys you
Fadd9 C Am7
Breaks your faith
Fadd9 C
to pieces on the floor
Fadd9 C Am7
So you tell yourself,
Fadd9 C
that's probably enough for now
Fadd9 C Am7
   Happiness
Fadd9 C
has a violent roar

Fadd9 C Am7
Fadd9 C x2

Fadd9 C Am7
   Happiness
Fadd9 C
is like the old man told me
Fadd9 C Am7
Look for it,
Fadd9 C
but you'll never find it all
(Isaac stops playing here and just sings but you can keep the guitar going)
Fadd9 C Am7
But let it go,
Fadd9 C
live your life and leave it
(And then he starts back up here)
Fadd9 C Am7
Then one day,
Fadd9 C
wake up and she'll be home
Fadd9 C Am7
   Home,
Fadd9 C
Fadd9 C Am7
   home,
Fadd9 C
Fadd9 C Am7
   home
Fadd9 C

Like I said, incredibly simple.
I hope it sounds correct.
