I dont know how tenth ave plays this, but these are the actual chords, and for it
to sound right, to me at least, your guitar needs to be a full step down. these
are the chromatically correct chords (rather than relative to tuning) so if you
tune your guitar down a step, to D standard, you will be playing with the G shape.

Thanks to darksladex for the layout, i merely copied what chords i think are
correct over his format.

(intro)
F Bbmaj7/D F Bbmaj7/D F Am Bb

Verse 1:
  F Bbmaj7/D
I called you up, you were in bed,
                                        F
could barely make out the words that you said
        F Am Bb
But you wanted to see me instead, so I got dressed
      F Bbmaj7/D F Bbmaj7/D
and I stepped out into the snow, and walked for a mile or so
	 F Am Bb
Felt the rush of blood come from the cold, in my chest

Dm F Gm7 Bb9 x2

Verse 2:
         F Bbmaj7/D
Well you finally came to the door,
       F Bbmaj7/D
and we talked for an hour or more
        F Am
Until I asked if you would stay up til four,
                Bb
you said that's fine.
               F Bbmaj7/D
But you said, "there's something I have to say,
      F Bbmaj7/D
and I can't because I'm just so afraid"
         F Am Bb
And so I held you as you started to shake, that night

Pre-Chorus:
Dm F Gm7 Bb9
Oh my dear, I'll wait for you
Dm F Gm7 Bb9
Grace tonight will pull us through

Chorus:
	  F C2/E
Until the tears have left your eyes
	  Dm Bb9
Until the fear can sleep at night
	  F C2/E
Until the demons that you're scared of
Dm Bb9
Disappear inside
	   D C2/E
Until this scale begins to crack
        Dm G
And the weight falls from your back
      Dm C/E F
Oh my dear, I'll keep you in my arms tonight

F Bbmaj7/D F Bbmaj7/D

Verse 3:
           F Bb
You slowly lifted your head from your hands
            F Bb
You said "I just don't think that you'll understand
             F Am
You'll never look at me that way again
                   Bb
if you knew what I did"
            F Bb
And so your tears fell and melted the snow
            F Bb
You told me secrets nobody had known
      F Am
But I never loved you more, even though
                    Bb
Now I know what you did

Pre-Chorus: (repeat)
Dm F Gm7 Bb9
Oh my dear, I'll wait for you
Dm F Gm7 Bb9
Grace tonight will pull us through

Chorus:
	  F C2/E
Until the tears have left your eyes
	  Dm Bb9
Until the fear can sleep at night
	  F C2/E
Until the demons that you're scared of
Dm Bb9
Disappear inside
	   D C2/E
Until this scale begins to crack
        Dm G
And the weight falls from your back
      Dm C/E F
Oh my dear, I'll keep you in my arms...

(repeat)

F Bbmaj7/D F Bbmaj7/D
F Am Bb
