Fade Bass

(ver. 3)
Staind
Previous Tabs: Morgan (bass_guy87) and Ashley Brown

I just listened to the song more carefully and found a few mistakes in the
verse and the bridge. As always, you need a 5 String bass. You can use a
four string tuned to (C,A,D,G) also. If you watch the original video, you
can clearly see the bass close-ups switching from the A string to the B
string in the verse

Intro/Verse. Notes are octaves

G:----------------------------------------------------------|
D:----------------------------------------------------------|
A:--6-6---6--6-6--6---6-6---4:------------------------------| The : means
E:----------------------------------------------------------| let note ring
B:--------------------------------4-4---4--4-4--4--4-4---2:-|

G:----------------------------------------------------------|
D:----------------------------------------------------------|
A:--6-6---6--6-6---6--6-6---4:------------------------------|
C:--------------------------------2-2---2--2-2--2--2-2---0:-|

Chorus 1:

G:-------------------------------------------------|
D:--4-4-4-4-------------2--2--2-2/5-5--------------|
A:-----------4-4-4-4-4----------------4-4-2:-------|
E:-------------------------------------------------|
B:-------------------------------------------------|

Chorus 2:

G:------------------------------------------------|
D:---4-4-4-4-------------2--2--2-2-3-3------------|
A:------------4-4-4-4-4-----------------4-4-2:----|
E:------------------------------------------------|
B:------------------------------------------------|

Bridge:

G:------------------------|
D:--2-2--2---4444---------|
A:---------0------4:------|
E:------------------------|
B:------------------------|

That's about it. As for the two choruses, play 1 then 2, 1 then 2, 1 then 2,
simple as that. Sorry for any inconvenience. E-mail me at
