        This song is pretty simple.  It consists of one basic part.
  It looks like this:

        There are a few slide parts.  If you want to learn those, look at
Carlos Bustos's tab.  He has all the slide parts tabbed 
out.  
        The most common variation is like this:

B[--5--4----------------]    When Billy sings:
G[--5--4------PAUSE-----]    "cool as ice cream"
D[--5--4----------------]    there is no pause, go straight
A[--3--2----------------]     into the one main part.
E[----------------------]

    Another part of the song, an interlude has this:

B[--2------0-------2-------0------]  with ad-lib guitar noise
G[--3------3-------3-------3------]   (the slide part is just
D[--4------4-------4-------4------]      slow and quiet)

        I have an idea on how the outro goes, but it doesn't 
 sound exactly right, so if anyone can correct me, please do so.

        The story behind the weird crashing sound at the end is
