Wicked Blood Ukulele

(ver. 1)
Sea Wolf
Sea Wolf - "Wicked Blood"

Been looking for this for a while and could not find it. So I figured I'd give it a go.

This is tuned a whole step down to DGCFAD (D Tuning). The timing and strumming should be
easy enough to figure out without me having to transcribe it all. Enjoy!

CHORDS: (Though the actual notes are different (Not G Em Am C, but instead F Dm Gm Bb)
because of the tuning, these are the chord formations used. Just tune your guitar down
and play what would normally be these chords.)

    DGCFAD
F: 320003
Dm: 022000
Dm: 002210
F: 032010

Intro: F Dm F Dm (x2)

F Dm
We met in the East, poured in like a flood
F Dm
You're the whispering kind, dark sapphire blood
F Dm
A vision of veils, all shimmery white
F Dm
Like a backdrop of sails, all aglow from the light
Dm F
Of the wonder behind
            F
At a starry night

Dm F Dm

F Dm
In the mountain's song, and the blue jay's call
F Dm
My heartbeat flows, in crystal waterfalls
F Dm
You were so beautiful, in your elegant bed
F Dm
You'd have my blues, for your Nantucket reds
Dm F
I'd wait in the dark
              F Dm
balanced on a thread
Dm F
So, I'd wait in the dark
                 F Dm
balanced on this thread

F Dm

Dm F
And under the church-light
F
you stand there
          Dm
with your wicked blood and your curls
Dm F
Yeah, under the church-light
F
you stand there
        Dm
in your fur and your pearls

Dm Dm
These lines were here
     F F
long before we came around
Dm Dm
Yeah, these lines were here
Dm
And there's an ember in the rafters
         F F
and it's going to bring this whole thing down

Dm F Dm F Dm Dm F

F Dm
In the neon mist, I heard you breathe
F Dm
An exquisite sound, some secret symphony
F Dm
Your silken skin, my fingers rough
F Dm
In the midnight din, we went home and touched
Dm F
Beneath the chandeliers
                  F Dm
in your Persian's dust
Dm F
Beneath your chandeliers
                  F Dm
in your Persian's dust

Dm F
And under the church-light
F
you stand there
          Dm
with your wicked blood and your curls
Dm F
Yeah, under the church-light
F
you stand there
        Dm
in your fur and your pearls

Dm Dm
These lines were here
     F F
long before we came around
Dm Dm
Yeah, these lines were here

               F
And there's an ember in the rafters
   F
an ember in the rafters
           Dm
There's an ember in the rafters
   Dm
an ember in the rafters
           F
There's an ember in the rafters
   F
an ember in the rafters
           Dm
There's an ember in the rafters
   Dm
an ember in the rafters
                 F
Yeah, there's an ember in the rafters
   F
an ember in the rafters

There's an ember in the rafters

an ember in the rafters

And there's an ember in the rafters

and it's going to bring this whole thing down
