(ver. 1)

Don't be afraid of the chord names - you can drop the 6ths and 9ths and
just play the chords but I think it sounds closer to the recording like this

G6 - 32333X
C9 - X32333
D9 - X54555
A6 - 54555X

You barre the 3 bottom strings of the chord while the top two are in a G shape.
Barre them using your ring finger then just slide to the spots you need to.

Intro

G6 C9
Do do do do do do
      G6 D9 G6
do do do do do do

             G6 C9
She drives a new car, wears expensive blouses
              C9 G6
She tells her mamma she's cleaning houses
             G6 C9
She goes out witnessing doing the lords work all week
           G6 D9
But on the weekends she's making ends meat

Chorus:
G6 C9 G6
Joanie, the Jehovah Witness stripper
      C9 G6
Put a dollar in her g-string and she'll deliver
       G6 C9
If her daddy only knew, He'd probly kill her
G6 D9 G6
Joanie, the Jehovah Witness stripper

One night down at the club her daddy walked in
He didn't recognize his daughter dancing
She wore a blond wig, he had some glasses
When she got naked, he started clapping

Chorus

Bridge:
       C9 G6
If you ask her why she does it, she looks at it this way
             C9 G6
She says I'm counting my blessings every night when I get paid
C9 G6
She once lived in poverty, now everythings alright
    A6 D9
The lord showed her how to make a thousand dollars in a night
