Scavanger Type NOFX Tabbed by Phil Baker hellbentonkorn@hotmail.com
Well I have seen some good tabs for this, but none of them seem quite right. I think this is pretty much perfect, and it sounds good so see what you think. He mostly uses the top 4 strings, but it doesn't really matter. The tab for the later verses follows the same chord pattern as for the first verse, so I will write the music to the words for the first verse and you can put it together for the others. There are some funny chords in it, but i will write them all out at the end.
Here is the main part
D F#madd5 Giggin' alone at the bottom of the hill, Bm Our protagonist named Bill, G Sets his sights on an anchor steam pint. D F#madd5 Bm G All he needs is thirtenn quarters, D Congregated in his hat.
Here is the thing on the end of the verse
D Dadd1 Dadd2 and then you play the next D for the start of the verse
Chords
D F#madd5 Bm G Dadd1 Dadd2 E|--2----2------2---3----2------2---| B|--3----2------3---0----3------3---| G|--2----3------4---0----1------0---| D|--0----2------4---0----0------0---| A|--X----4------2---2----X------X---| E|--X----2------2---3----X------X---|
Thats it. Its a kewl song. E-mail me with corrections if there are any.
