I haven't seen a correct tab of this yet, so here goes.  (I din't figure 
this out on my own, I think I saw it in some magazine...or maybe the 
official tab book for InUtero, I don't remember, but it is correct.)
First, D tune (detune, hee, hee.), ie, drop low E to a D...
