Build Us Back Chords

(ver. 2)
Newsboys
Band: Newsboys

I play it with a capo on the 2. fret like they do in the song. But if you dont wanna
play with capo it is : Em = F#m, C=D, G=A, D=E

It sounds better if you play the chords like this:

Em = 0,2,2,0,3,3  C = x,3,2,0,3,3  G = 3,2,0,0,3,3 and D is normal (

Just always let 2 Fingers on the 3. fret of the e-string and b-string. (With Capo 2!)

Intro: C, Em, G, D (2x)

Verse 1:

We've been crumbled, we've been crushed
        C
City walls have turned to dust
            G D
Uh oh oh, Uh oh oh
             Em
Broken hands and blistered feet
       C
We walk for miles to find relief
            G D
Uh oh oh, Uh oh oh

You build us back, You build us back
Em C

Uh oh oh, Uh oh oh
                    Em
We've been humbled to our knees
                    C
            G D
Uh oh oh, Uh oh oh
