(ver. 1)
Mr Hudson And The Library
I found a brilliant old acoustic version of this legendary tune from a seriously
quality band and figured it out.

Sounds alright to me, its all just 2 sharp strums apart from where stated
(listen to it and you'll know what i mean) and then the odd hammer on or
whatever here and there you should be able to figure out.

VERSES:

     Em Em Em Em
I've read quite a few of the books that you see
Bm Bm Bm (fast low string strums)
High on the shelves of this tall library
Em Em Em Em
They teach me how to think
D (slow strum - you can release the B string on 2nd strum)
But now I think too much
                     DDDD (fast low string strums)
Much too much

Em Em Em Em
Something's not right, there's a hole in my life
Bm Bm Bm (fast low string strums)
So I wander the clubs, Looking for some soul, looking for some life
Em Em Em Em
 All I find is you
D (slow strum - you can release the B string on 2nd strum)
But you make me laugh
                     DDDD D-D!
And that's a start

CHORUS:

You ask me
D D D D
    "What tune is this?"
                   C C C C
I don't know but I like it
D D D D
   If you ask the DJ
               Em (one strum)
On Monday I'll buy it

D D D D
    "What tune is this?"
                    C C C C
My neighbours won't like it
D (one strum) C (one strum) CCCCCCC (fast low string strums)
So don't, don't darling leave

VERSES:

Em Em Em Em
Roll down the steps for the annual ball
       Bm Bm Bm Bm
See how b-boys divide and heads line the wall
Em Em Em Em
But all I see is you
D (slow strum - you can release the B string on 2nd strum) DDDD (fast low string strums)
So I drink too much, and then I talk too much

Em Em Em Em
Something's not right, there's a hole in my life
Bm Bm Bm (fast low string strums)
So I wander the clubs, Looking for some soul, looking for some life
Em Em Em Em
 All I find is you
D (slow strum - you can release the B string on 2nd strum)

My neighbours won't like it

So don't, don't darling leave

D C
